On April 2, 2012, IV4's Rochester office was destroyed by fire. The leadership team immediately began setting in motion the company's disaster recovery plan, and all vital business operations were up and running within two hours.

By nature of IV4 being an information technology consulting firm, we had "taken our own advice a long time ago and prepared for a disaster such as this", according to President Rich Gleason. At this event, members of IV4’s leadership team will share with you what they learned, what went well, what didn’t go so well and what they will do differently next time. The topics will be wide-ranging covering business issues such as insurance, PR and finding new space as well as technology topics such as data recovery and voice communications.  The event content is targeted to business leaders of all types, not just technology oriented leaders.
